What exactly is a coaching portal?
A private web link built specifically for you. It opens in your phone's browser and contains your personalised training plan, your nutrition targets, your meals, your six recipes, and a weekly check-in tab. It looks and works like an app — but there is nothing to download. You get the link, you have everything.
Why does the aesthetic matter?
Because the portal you want to open is the portal you actually open. Every client tells us their character preference in the intake form. We build the portal to match it — the colour scheme, the typography, the energy. You are not getting Marcus's portal. You are getting yours.
How long until I get my portal?
Within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. After you submit the intake form, you will receive a Stripe payment link by email. Once payment goes through, the clock starts. Your portal link arrives within 24 hours — same day is common.
How does payment work?
Once your intake form is reviewed, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link by email. You pay directly through Stripe — card payment, takes about 60 seconds. You will not be charged automatically at sign-up. The payment link comes to you first. Once paid, your portal build begins.
Every week you open your portal, go to the Check-in tab, rate your training quality, nutrition, sleep, and energy, and add any notes. Caleb reads every submission. He then updates your programme — adjusting volume, load, or nutrition based on how you are actually progressing. Not based on a formula. Based on what you told him.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Your portal is a private URL. Open it in Safari or Chrome on your phone. Add it to your home screen and it works exactly like an app. No account, no app store, no download.
Can I cancel?
The portal is a one-time payment — it is yours forever, no cancellation needed. The weekly coaching subscription is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. No minimums, no contracts.
Do I need the coaching subscription?
No. The portal is a standalone product — your training, nutrition, macros, and recipes are all built in from day one. The coaching subscription adds the weekly check-in system where your entire programme gets updated based on how you are actually doing. Most people add it after seeing how the portal works.
